"Bluff" is a fun book to read. Hitchcock has been writing these high society crime books for 25 or so years. There's not much serious in them, though Jo Slater, the subject of two of the novels, would be fun to have a drink with, if she truly existed.

Hitchcock’s Bluff book is available in Kindle if you really get hooked/5(63). Bluff was a recent selection of our book club, which focuses on mysteries. It was a quick read moved quickly without a lot of extra descriptions.

What I liked best about the book was the growth and development of the main character. I knew nothing about magic or cheating at cards before reading the book/5(58).

Bluff by Michael Kardos is a fast-paced adventure of magic, poker, and card cheats. Just when you think you know what's going on, the novel turns you upside down again. Now you see it. Now you don't. Wow. What an awesome book. I was hooked by the description, and the book delivered on all of Bluff book promises of magic and intrigue.4/5.

Bluff is a short, quick read I finished in one night. It was easy to read, and to be honest, also easy to forget. By all means, it wasn't a bad read but come the next few months, it'll be just another book I read.
